Xbox One Video Capture Shareable over Xbox Live ONLY at launch YouTube and Facebook by 2014
As many of us might well be using the built in features to capture some hilarious highlights during our offline times from live streaming these clips will only be able to be shared over Xbox Live at launch. However there is hope to see the sharing implemented with YouTube and Facebook by next year.
However there has been no confirmation that Microsoft has removed the ability to capture via the HDMI Out presumably to still allow livestreaming and only implementing the HDCP protocol once watching films or tv like how the current HDCP Protocol works on the Xbox 360.
Meanwhile Sony has confirmed you will be able to capture over HDMI on the PS4 for livestreaming, meaning now more having to use that AV cable.
