GTA V Mod Recreates The Last Of Us
One of the great advantages to user created content, also known as mods, for games is that you can get access to experiences you never would get to see otherwise. In many cases it is simply the imagination, and the technical skill of the mod creator, which sets the limit. A YouTuber by the name of Taltigolt has put up a video (which can be seen below the article) showing off a few mods that may please many GTA and The Last of Us fans.
The video is showcasing two mods working together to recreate the world of the PlayStation Exclusive The Last of Us within Grand Theft Auto V, complete with buildings about to collapse, crashed cars and vegetation in the process of taking back the planet. The two mods at work in the video is the map itself which is done by Rapidement, which transforms a smaller section of the GTA V map into a scene from The Last of Us (secrets included!). The other mod is the Joel skin itself, made by GTAFREAk67S. This was inspired by the map,and the creator is currently working on adding a skin for Ellie as well.
Note that these two mods do not add any survivalists or plant like zombies to the game. If you would prefer something undead to shoot at, have a look at this zombie mod. Otherwise you can enjoy the peace and quiet while searching for the secret safe house and other hidden places.
