3DRealms Drops Duke Nukem Forever Lawsuit
3D Realms has dropped its lawsuit against Gearbox over the Duke Nukem Forever game. 3D Realms issued a letter of apology, saying the lawsuit was a misunderstanding and everything is cleared up. Considering the lawsuit was over $2 million in royalties, and a loan of $2.6 million, it will be curious if the supposed misunderstanding is ever clarified.
